摘　　要：针对异形烟没有现有包装设备进行包装,小盒由人工装填烟支可能产生缺支现象。为此设计一种基于X射线异形烟烟包缺支检测系统。系统以L8040C工控机为核心控制器与条盒透明纸包装机同步检测及剔除缺支烟包。主要由工控机、触摸屏、X射线发射系统、光子接收成像系统及控制系统组成,构成完整的X射线产生、接收、成像、图像处理和IO控制整套系统。烟盒水平进入到检测区通道,由内部同步光电传感器发出烟盒到位信号给主板,主板开始采集图像数据,采集完成后进行一系列的图像处理,判断是否缺支,如果缺支启动剔除流程,剔除机构把该包烟剔除出流水线。通过运行数据表明,系统缺支检出率达到99.9%以上,误剔率小于0.2%,还可根据需要调整设备的灵敏度。There is no existing machine for the packaging of special-shaped packets,so the packets are manually filled,which may cause shortage of cigarettes.A detection system for shortage of cigarettes in special-shaped packets was designed based on X-ray.This system mainly uses L8040C IPC industrial computer as the core controller to synchronously detect and reject the packets which are short of cigarettes with the transparent paper packaging machine for strip cases.It is mainly composed of IPC,touch screen,X-ray transmission system,photonic imaging system and control system,which composes the whole system of X-ray generation,receiving,imaging,image processing and I/O control.As soon as the cigarette packets enter the channels in the detection area,the internally synchronous photoelectric sensors send packet emplacement signal to the mainboard,and the mainboard starts to collect image data and perform a series of image processing after completing image data collection,and judge whether there is shortage of cigarettes,if yes,the detection system starts the rejection process,and the rejection mechanism will reject this packet out of the streamline.The operating data show that the detection rate of this detection system reached over 99.9%with the error rate less than 0.2%.Its sensitivity also can be adjusted according to need.
