摘 要:目的为充分了解通辽市全体健康人群风疹抗体的水平,更加完整详细地评价通辽市风疹免疫薄弱地区,及时发现免疫空白处,达到为通辽市消除风疹提供科学的防治措施和策略的目的。方法对通辽市的1个市辖区、1个县级市、1个县及5个旗等地区的10个年龄组的健康人群普遍的进行了风疹IgG抗体检测。结果共检测血清2384份,检测出风疹IgG抗体阳性标本1897份,阳性率高过79.5%。不同地区间风疹抗体水平存在统计学差异(χ^(2)=56.487,P>0.05);不同年龄组间风疹抗体存在统计学差异(χ^(2)=368.643,P<0.05);不同性别间的风疹抗体无统计学差异(χ^(2)=0.496,P>0.05);不同免疫史间的风疹抗体水平有统计学差异(χ^(2)=58.089,P<0.05)。结论在不同年龄、不同免疫史的情况下,风疹抗体水平不同,同时抗体水平高低影响着风疹流行的风险。Objective In order to fully understand the level of rubella antibody in all healthy people in Tongliao City,to evaluate the rubella weak areas in Tongliao City in a more complete and detailed manner,to find the immune gaps in time,and to achieve the purpose of providing scientific prevention measures and strategies for eliminating rubella in Tongliao City.Method Rubella IgG antibodies were generally tested in healthy people of 10 age groups in 1 municipal district,1 county-level city,1 county and 5 flags in Tongliao City.Results A total of 2384 serum samples were tested and rubella was detected.There were 1897 positive samples of IgG antibody,the positive rate was higher than 79.5%.There were statistical differences in the rubella antibody levels between different regions(χ^(2)=56.487,P>0.05);there were statistical differences in rubella antibodies between different age groups(χ^(2)=368.643,P<0.05);there was no statistical difference in rubella antibodies between different genders(χ^(2)=0.496,P>0.05);rubella antibody levels were statistically different between different immunization histories(χ^(2)=58.089,P<0.05).Conclusion In different regions,different ages,and different immunization history,the level of rubella antibody is different,and the level of antibody affects the risk of rubella epidemic.
