摘　　要：新疆是我国甜菜的主要产区之一,在我国制糖行业占有重要的地位。本文分析了新疆地区甜菜种植的优势,介绍了甜菜制糖工艺流程,并从新疆甜菜生产产业化和制糖控制系统等方面阐述了新疆甜菜制糖行业的发展现状;通过对企业的调研,总结了如今使用较为广泛的一种结晶控制系统的优势,旨在为今后新疆甜菜制糖行业的发展提供参考。Xinjiang is one of the main producing areas of China’s sugar beet and occupies an important position in China’s sugar industry.This article analyzes the advantages of sugar beet planting in Xinjiang,introduces the technological process of sugar beet production,and expounds the development status of Xinjiang beet sugar industry from the aspects of Xinjiang beet production industrialization and sugar control system;through the investigation of enterprises,a summary taking advantage of a crystallization control system that is widely used today,it aims to provide a reference for the future development of Xinjiang beet sugar industry.
