摘  要:目的:拟建立特殊医学用途婴幼儿配方食品渗透压检测操作方案,摸查适宜的冲调比,通过渗透压的宜适性评价配方食品冲调的合理性。方法:采用冰点渗透压测定仪测定特殊医学用途婴幼儿配方食品的渗透压,针对不同类型以及同一品种不同冲调浓度的特殊医学用途婴幼儿配方食品进行渗透压分析。结果:本方法适合各类特殊医学用途婴幼儿配方粉渗透压测定,测试样品相对标准偏差(RSD,n=6)在0.45%~0.80%,方法显示出良好的精密度,测试2种校准溶液相对标准偏差(RSD,n=6)在0.13%~0.30%,方法显示了良好的准确度。结论:建立的特殊医学用途婴幼儿配方食品渗透压摸查方案能比较科学评价冲调的合理性,可覆盖市面上各类特殊医学用途婴幼儿配方粉。Purpose:To establish an operation plan for the osmotic pressure test of infant formula foods for special medical purposes,to investigate the appropriate preparation ratio,and to evaluate the rationality of formula food preparation through the suitability of osmotic pressure.Methods:The osmotic pressure of infant formulas for special medical purposes was measured with a freezing point osmotic pressure tester,and the osmotic pressure was analyzed for different types of infant formulas for special medical purposes with different preparation concentrations of the same variety.Results:This method is suitable for the determination of osmotic pressure of infant formula powders for various special medical purposes.The relative standard deviation(RSD,n=6)of the test samples is 0.45%~0.80%.The method shows good precision.Two calibration solutions are tested.The relative standard deviation(RSD,n=6)is 0.13%~0.30%,and the method shows good accuracy.Conclusion:The established osmotic pressure test program for infant formula foods for special medical purposes can scientifically evaluate the rationality of preparation,and can cover all kinds of infant formula powders for special medical purposes on the market.
