高职扩招背景下新型课程体系的研究与探索——以机电一体化技术专业群为例

摘　　要：高职院校扩招是国家促进高职教育改革创新和完善调整经济结构的重要举措,本文在扩招背景下对于退役军人、下岗失业人员、农民工、新型职业农民等"四类人员"构建了一套新型课程体系,以模块化、培训和企业资源包的形式为主,采用灵活多元的模块化选择,建立随时可用的在线资源库,该课程体系通过在机电一体化技术专业群实施后适用于扩招"四类人员",应用性和针对性强,为实施分类培养育人模式提供应对之策。The expansion of higher vocational colleges is an important measure to promote the reform and innovation of higher vocational education and to perfect and adjust the economic structure.Under the background of the expansion,this paper constructs a new curriculum system for"four types of personnel"such as ex servicemen,laid-off workers,migrant workers and new professional farmers,mainly in the form of modularization,training and enterprise resource package,After the implementation of mechatronics technology specialty group,the course system is suitable for expanding the enrollment of"four types of personnel",with strong applicability and pertinence,and provides countermeasures for the implementation of classified training and education mode.
