摘　　要：随着恶性肿瘤发病率的不断上升,对临床肿瘤学的教学要求越来越高。由于社会心理因素是肿瘤性疾病发生发展的原因之一,医学人文关怀在肿瘤的诊治过程中显得十分重要。然而现代医学生人文关怀理念缺乏,加强医学人文教育及探索其具体路径迫在眉睫。本文主要阐述了在临床肿瘤学教学中培养学生人文关怀能力的重要意义及具体措施。With the increasing incidence of malignant tumors,the teaching requirements of clinical oncology are getting tighter.Because psychosocial factors are impotent reasons for the genesis and development of cancer,humanistic care is essential for the process of tumor diagnosis and treatment.Nowadays many students lack the concept of humanistic care,so it is urgent to strengthen medical humanistic education and explore its specific path.This article mainly describes the significance and concrete measures of cultivating humanistic care ability of students in clinical oncology teaching.
