摘　　要：技术经理人制度出台前,笔者曾作为省科技镇长团成员深度参与了高校科技成果转移转化的相关工作,对科技成果转化工作有丰富的实践经验。当前国家高度重视科技成果转化,致力于建设能全程参与成果转化的专业技术经理人队伍,高校兼职教师是其中重要的组成部分。本文剖析了高校兼职技术经理人工作模式,为更好的全程参与成果转化提供借鉴。Before the introduction of the technology manager system,the author,as a member of the provincial science and technology mayor group,deeply participated in the relevant work of the transfer and transformation of scientific and technological achievements in colleges and universities,and has rich practical experience in the transformation of scientific and technological achievements.At present,China attaches great importance to the transformation of scientific and technological achievements and is committed to building a team of professional technical managers who can fully participate in the transformation of scientific and technological achievements.Part-time university teachers are an important part of the team.This paper analyzes the working mode of part-time technology managers in colleges and universities to provide reference for better whole-process participation in the transformation of achievements.
