摘  要:目的探讨膈下逐瘀汤治疗的基础上给予电针治疗多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)大鼠炎症介质及其氧化相关物质的影响。方法将60只经脱氢表雄酮诱导造模成功的大鼠按照随机数字表法分为3组模型组、膈下逐瘀汤干预组、联合干预组,每组20只,并取20只正常大鼠作为空白对照组。模型组每日灌胃相同体积的0.9%氯化钠注射液,膈下逐瘀汤组灌胃膈下逐瘀汤34.5 mg/(kg·d),联合组采用膈下逐瘀汤34.5 mg/(kg·d)+电针,1次/d,连续干预28 d。干预结束后检测胰岛素抵抗指标C肽(CP)、空腹血浆胰岛素(FINS)、胰岛β细胞功能(HOMA-β)、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR),氧化相关物质超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、活性氧(ROS)、丙二醛(MDA)、血清炎症介质肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)。结果模型组大鼠CP、FINS、HOMA-IR、ROS、MDA、TNF-α、IL-6、IL-1β高于空白对照组(P<0.05),膈下逐瘀汤组与联合治疗组大鼠CP、FINS、HOMA-IR、ROS、MDA、TNF-α、IL-6、IL-1β低于模型组(P<0.05),模型组大鼠HOMA-β、SOD、GSH-Px低于空白对照组(P<0.05),膈下逐瘀汤与联合治疗组大鼠HOMA-β、SOD、GSH-Px高于模型组(P<0.05)。结论膈下逐瘀汤联合电针治疗可以显著改善PCOS大鼠胰岛素抵抗、炎症状态,进而改善其排卵功能。Objective To investigate the effect of electroacupuncture on inflammatory medium and related substances related to oxidation in PCOS rats based on the treatment of Shixia Zhuyu Decoction. Methods According to the random number table method, a total of 60 rats were divided into 3 groups: a model group, a Gexia Zhuyu Decoction intervention group and a combined intervention group, with 20 rats in each group. A total of 20 normal rats were selected as blank control group. The model group was given the same volume of 0.9% sodium chloride injection daily, the Gexia Zhuyu Decoction group was given Gexia Zhuyu Decoction 34.5 mg/(kg·d), and the combined group was given Gexia Zhuyu Decoction 34.5 mg/(kg·d) + electroacupuncture once a day for 28 consecutive days. After the intervention, C-peptide(CP), fasting plasma insulin(FINS) and islets were detected β Cell function(HOMA)-β), HOMA-IR, SOD, GSH Px, ROS, MDA and TNF-α, IL-6, and IL-1β were measured. Results CP, FINS, HOMA-IR, ROS, MDA, TNF-α, IL-6, and IL-1β in the model group were higher than those in the blank control group(P<0.05). CP, FINS, HOMA-IR, ROS, MDA, TNF-α, IL-6, IL-1β in the Gexia Zhuyu Decoction group and the combined treatment group were lower than those in the model group(P<0.05), and HOMA-βin the model group, SOD, and GSH-Px were lower than those in the blank control group(P<0.05), and HOMA-β, SOD, and GSH-Px in the Gexia Zhuyu Decoction and combined treatment group were higher than those in the model group(P < 0.05). Conclusion The combination of Gexiazhuyu Decoction and electroacupuncture can significantly improve insulin resistance and inflammation status, and then improve the ovulation function.
