中药薰蒸联合针灸治疗顽固性面瘫患者的疗效及对面神经功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨中药薰蒸联合针灸治疗顽固性面瘫患者的疗效及对面神经功能的影响。方法选取2019年1月至2020年6月沈阳市第二中医医院收治的60例顽固性面瘫患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,各30例。对照组给予中药薰蒸治疗,观察组给予中药薰蒸联合针灸治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果观察组治疗有效率为90.0%,高于对照组的70.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗前H-B面部神经功能评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),经治疗观察组H-B面部神经功能评分(8.99±1.03)分低于对照组(13.02±2.11)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗前各面神经电生理指标比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组F波潜伏期(29.67±4.59)ms、瞬目反射R1波潜伏期(13.58±2.22)ms低于对照组(35.86±5.54)ms、(16.81±3.11)ms,F波时程(2.69±0.51)ms高于对照组(2.37±0.55)ms,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对顽固性面瘫患者采用中药熏蒸联合针灸治疗可获得更加满意的疗效,可有效改善患者面神经功能。Objective To explore the effects of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with acupuncture on refractory facial paralysis and the effect on facial nerve function.Methods A total of 60 patients with intractable facial paralysis admitted to Shenyang Second Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects and were randomly divided into a control group and an observation,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given traditional Chinese medicine fumigation treatment,and the observation group was given traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with acupuncture and moxibustion.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of 70.0%in the control group was lower than the clinical total effective rate of 90.0%in the observation group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in H-B facial nerve function scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the HB facial nerve function scores of the observation group(8.99±1.03)were lower than those of the control group(13.02±2.11),and the difference was statistically significant significance(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in facial nerve electrophysiological indexes between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);after treatment,the observation group F wave latency(29.67±4.59)ms,blink reflection R1 wave latency(13.58±2.22)ms lower than the control group(35.86±5.54)ms,(16.81±3.11)ms,F wave time course(2.69±0.51)ms was higher than the control group(2.37±0.55)ms,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with intractable facial paralysis,using traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with acupuncture can obtain a more atisfactory curative effect,which can effectively improve the facial nerve function of patients.
