摘  要:帕金森病是老年人常见的神经退行性疾病,其症状主要包括运动症状和非运动症状。冻结步态是帕金森病最重要的运动症状之一,严重地影响了患者的生活质量,但是帕金森病冻结步态的治疗仍然是临床医生和研究人员面临的巨大挑战。目前,帕金森病冻结步态的治疗主要包括药物性治疗和非药物性治疗,药物性治疗对于帕金森病冻结步态的疗效有限,而非药物治疗主要包括无创性经颅刺激、脑深部电刺激、脊髓电刺激、无创性迷走神经刺激、外部提示等。本文总结了近几年的相关文献,对帕金森病冻结步态非药物性治疗的研究进展进行综述。Parkinson’s disease is a common neurodegenerative disease in the elderly, and its symptoms mainly include motor symptoms and non-motor symptoms. Freezing of gait is one of the most important motor symptoms of Parkinson’s disease, which seriously affects the patient’s quality of life, but the treatments of FOG remain great challenges for clinicians and researchers. Currently, the treatment of freezing of gait in Parkinson’s disease mainly includes pharmacological therapy and Non-pharmacological therapy. Pharmacological therapy has limited efficacy for Parkinson’s freezing gait while non-pharmacological therapy mainly includes non-invasive brain stimulation, deep brain stimulation, spinal cord stimulation, vagus nerve stimulation and cueing. This article summarizes the relevant literature in recent years and reviews the research progress of non-pharmacological treatment of freezing of gait in Parkinson’s disease.
