摘 要:利用高效液相色谱检测塑料食品包装材料中双酚A(BPA)、双酚B(BPB)、双酚F(BPF)、四氯双酚A(TCBPA)、辛基酚(OP)、4-壬基酚(4-NP)的含量。采用V(环己烷)∶V(甲醇)=3∶7的混合溶液,超声提取样品25 min,萃取液静置3 h。结果表明:该方法对6种酚类化合物的检出限为0.029 mg/kg(TCBPA)~0.075 mg/kg(BPF),精密度(RSD)均小于6.5%,回收率均大于97%。通过此方法检测实际样品,检出BPA、TCBPA、OP、4-NP。The contents of bisphenol A(BPA),bisphenol B(BPB),bisphenol F(BPF),tetrachlorobiphenol A(TCBPA),octylphenol(OP)and 4-nonylphenol(4-NP)in plastic food packaging materials were detected with high performance liquid chromatography.The ratio of mixed solution of V(cyclohexane)to V(methanol)is 3∶7 which was used for ultrasonic extraction samples for 25 min.The extraction solution was allowed to stand for 3 h.The results show that the detection limits of six phenolic compounds are 0.029 mg/kg(TCBPA)~0.075 mg/kg(BPF).The precision(RSD)is less than 6.5%and the recovery is more than 97%.The method was applied to the detection of actual samples.BPA,TCBPA,OP and 4-NP were detected.
