摘 要:考虑ECC强度、高强钢绞线配筋率等因素的影响,通过竖向加载试验,研究高性能复合材料"高强钢绞线/ECC"板的受弯性能。当加载到峰值荷载20%左右,在板受拉区的ECC出现0.01mm的细微裂缝,之后,受拉区的ECC和钢绞线共同受拉,达到峰值荷载的80%时,板底部最大裂缝宽度仅0.08mm;达到峰值荷载时,受压区ECC被压碎、压应变达到0.01;底部最大裂缝宽度不超过0.5mm;跨中最大挠度达到跨度的1/15。结果显示,高强钢绞线/ECC板具有良好的抗裂性和延性破坏特征。随着ECC强度提高,板的开裂荷载和峰值荷载随之增大。随着高强钢绞线配筋率增大,其开裂荷载基本不变,峰值荷载明显增大但峰值位移减小。The flexural performance of engineered cementitious composite(ECC)reinforced by high-strength steel wire strand(HSSWS)is studied through vertical loading tests considering the effects of ECC strength,reinforcement ratio of high strength steel wire strands and so on.When the load reached about 20% of the peak value,a small crack of 0.01 mm appeared in the ECC of the tensile zone.After cracking,the tension force is shared by ECC and the steel wire strands together.When the applied load reached 80% of the peak load,the maximum crack width at the bottom of the plate is only 0.08 mm.When the peak load is reached,ECC in the compression zone is crushed and the compressive strain reached 0.01.At the same time,the maximum crack width at the bottom does not exceed 0.5 mm,while the maximum mid-span deflection reaches 1/15 of the span.The results show that the high strength steel wire strand/ECC plate exhibits good crack resistance and ductile failure characteristic.The cracking load and peak load of the plate increase with increasing ECC strength.As the steel reinforcement ratio increases,the cracking load is basically unchanged,but the peak load increases obviously,and the peak displacement decreases.
