科技创新效率对区域经济的溢出性的空间计量分析

摘　　要：根据2009—2018年除香港、澳门2个特别行政区及台湾省、西藏自治区以外其它30个省(自治区、直辖市)的面板数据,利用DEA模型对平均科技创新效率进行测算,通过Moran′s I统计量对历年平均科技创新效率的空间集聚现象进行研究.在此基础上,利用扩展的STIRPAT模型从4个维度分析科技创新能力对区域经济的影响.根据实证分析的结果,提出了创建创新网络,拓展创新发展空间,加速科技成果的转化等对策.According to the panel data of 30 provinces(autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government)except Hong Kong and Macao Special Administrative Regions,Taiwan Province and Tibet Autonomous Region from 2009 to 2018,DEA model is used to calculate the average innovation efficiency,and Moran's I statistics is used to study the spatial agglomeration phenomenon of average innovation efficiency over the years.On this basis,using the extended STIRPAT model,the impact of scientific and technological innovation ability on regional economy was analyzed from four dimensions,and countermeasures are put forward such as creating innovation network,expanding innovation development space and accelerating the transformation of scientific and technological achievements according to the results of empirical analysis.
