摘  要:高等教育发展水平综合评价关系教育事业的长远发展.从投入-产出-效益视角构建高等教育评价指标体系,采用熵权TOPSIS模型对2010—2018年新疆维吾尔自治区高等教育发展水平进行综合评价分析.结果表明,影响新疆高等教育发展水平的主要因素来源于教育投入与效益,新疆整体的高等教育基础投入依然不足,高校科研水平较弱,都有较高的提升和发展空间.为进一步加强新疆高等教育发展,需要引进人才,加强教育投入,协调教育投入-产出-效益之间的关系.The comprehensive evaluation of the development level of higher education is related to the long-term development of education.The evaluation index system of higher education is constructed from the perspective of input-output benefit,and the entropy TOPSIS model is used to comprehensively evaluate and analyze the development level of higher education in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region from 2010 to 2018.The results show that the main factors affecting the development level of higher education in Xinjiang come from educational investment and benefit,the overall basic investment in higher education in Xinjiang is still insufficient,and the scientific research level of colleges and universities is weak,so there is a high room for improvement and development.To further strengthen the development of higher education in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region,local governments need to introduce talents,strengthen education investment and coordinate the relationship between education input-output-benefit.
