摘  要:现有的高速铁路运行环境视频采集系统无法获取全线路、全视角覆盖的运行环境信息,且视频存在噪声多、亮度暗等问题,不利于基于视频的高铁运行环境的检测分析。针对该问题,提出一种全视角的高铁运行环境视频采集系统。首先,集成多台车载高清摄像机、云台、视频补光灯、智能供电分配单元和高精度定位同步系统进行视频采集;然后,利用多种图像增强方法提升视频亮度;最后,利用检测车在京沈客专正线上进行试验验证,结果表明:该系统实现了全线路、全视角覆盖的高铁运行环境高质量视频采集。此外,该系统已推广应用于多辆检测车,为高铁运行环境安全检测任务提供了重要的数据支撑。The existing video acquisition systems of high-speed railway operating environment cannot obtain the operating environment information covering the whole line and full view,and the video has many problems such as noise,dark brightness,etc.,which are not conducive to the video-based high-speed railway operating environment detection and analysis. To solve this problem,a full-view video acquisition system of high-speed railway operating environment was proposed. Firstly,the system integrated multiple vehicle-mounted high-definition cameras,pan tilts,supplementary lights,intelligent power distribution unit and high-precision positioning synchronization system for video acquisition. Secondly,a variety of image enhancement methods were used to improve the video brightness. Finally,the test was carried out on the Beijing-Shenyang passenger dedicated line by using the inspection train. The test results show that the system realizes the high-quality video acquisition of high-speed railway operating environment with full line and full view coverage. Moreover,the system has been widely applied to several inspection trains,which provides important data support for high-speed railway operating environment safety detection task.
