摘　　要：现阶段,高校英语口语教学改革已经迈进关键时期,是否全面推进网络移动技术辅助下的高校英语口语教学,与学生的英语语言、技能综合应用水平的提高正相关。为充分发挥网络移动技术辅助的教学作用,提高高校英语口语教学水平,需要结合网络移动技术辅助下的高校英语口语教学创新必要性,明确高校口语教学的新变化以及影响因素,最后分析网络移动技术辅助下的高校英语口语教学方式。At present, the reform of college oral English teaching has entered a critical period. Whether to promote the teaching of College English with the help of Internet mobile technology is positively related to the improvement of students’ comprehensive application of English language and skills. In order to give full play to the teaching function of network mobile technology, improve the oral English teaching level in Colleges and universities. It is necessary to combine the innovation necessity of college oral English teaching with the help of network mobile technology, clarify the new changes and influencing factors of college oral English teaching, and finally analyze the teaching method of College English with the help of network mobile technology.
