摘　　要：技术市场是重要的生产要素市场,是上海建设具有全球影响力科技创新中心的重要组成部分。本文概述了上海技术市场发展的主要阶段,分析了上海技术交易市场呈现的五大特征:支撑经济发展、助力产业创新、促进长三角区域协同、区域集聚特征明显、企业创新主体地位凸显;总结了上海技术市场存在着大中小企业融通不足、原创性技术成果支撑有限、本地企业间技术合作下滑、政策联动性不足以及国际双向通道不平衡等挑战。从"更高质量""更加融通""更具影响"三个角度,提出强化高水平科技供给、促进各类技术市场要素融合、打造不同空间尺度上卓具影响力的技术市场的建议。Technology market is an important factor of production market and an important part of Shanghai’s construction of a globally influential science and technology innovation center. This paper summarizes the main stages of the development of Shanghai’s technology market, analyzes the five characteristics of Shanghai’s technology market, such as supporting economic development, assisting industrial innovation, promoting regional coordination in the Yangtze River Delta, obvious characteristics of regional agglomeration,prominent dominant position of enterprise innovation, etc. However, there are still problems, such as insufficient integration between large and medium-sized enterprises, limited supply of original technological fruits, the lack of policy linkage and the imbalance of international input and output. From the three perspectives of"higher quality","more integration"and"more influence", this paper puts forward the suggestions of strengthening high-level science and technology supply, promoting the integration of various technology market elements, and creating an influential technology market on different spatial scales.
