摘　　要：[目的/意义]分析需求驱动下健康领域知识的解构与重构,为面向健康领域知识组织优化提供借鉴参考。[方法/过程]以39健康网糖尿病话题为数据源收集2553个问答贴文本数据,基于粒度原理将健康领域知识解构成不同知识单元,找寻知识单元频次及知识单元间显隐性关系,绘制知识单元链接,对健康领域知识组织优化提出建议。[结果/结论]用户健康素养普遍不高;健康领域知识需求的解构应以用户需求为导向生成知识单元;健康领域知识需求与知识链接呈现“疾病内沿知识单元链接紧密,疾病外沿知识单元链接稀疏”趋势;现有健康领域知识组织与用户需求不契合等。[Purpose/Significance]Explore the deconstruction and organization optimization of health domain knowledge driven by demand,and provide a reference for the optimization of health domain knowledge organization.[Methods/Process]2553 question and answer text data with the diabetes topic of 39 Health Net as the data source,the health domain knowledge was discomposed into different knowledge units based on the principle of granularity,the frequency of the knowledge units and the explicit and implicit relationships between the knowledge units was found,and the knowledge Links to the units were drawn,suggesting on the optimization of the organization of knowledge in the health field.[Results/Conclusions]The health literacy of users was generally not high;the deconstruction of knowledge needs in the health field should be oriented to generate knowledge units based on user needs;the knowledge needs and links in the health field showed that the knowledge units in the disease were closely linked,whereas the knowledge units outside the disease in a trend of“sparse links”;the existing knowledge organization in the health field did not meet the needs of users,etc.
