摘 要:针对绿色智慧港口转型下的集疏运调度发展状况,采用规则分类的方法获得集疏运各子系统调度基本原则,提出了基于多Agent的集装箱港口集疏运作业调度规则库解决方案并具体设计。根据集疏运系统业务描述概括预设定的调度规则和性能指标并存入数据字典生成规则库等待调用,然后根据规则库字典定义生成Agent表达式,设计基于多Agent的集装箱港口集疏运作业调度规则库,将规则驱动的港口集疏运调度系统中的规则和规则执行引擎嵌入到多Agent系统中,通过Agent相匹配的规则执行引擎和业务输出仿真界面输出集装箱港口集疏运作业调度结果。Aiming at the development of collection and distribution scheduling under the transformation of green smart port,this paper uses the method of rule classification to obtain the basic scheduling principles of each subsystem of collection and distribution,and puts forward the solution of container port collection and distribution scheduling rule base based on multi-agent.According to the business description of the collection and distribution system,summarize the preset scheduling rules and performance indicators and store them in the data dictionary to generate the rule base for calling,then generate the agent expression according to the definition of the rule base dictionary,and design the container port collection and distribution operation scheduling rule base based on multi-agent,the rules and rule execution engine in the rule driven port collection and distribution scheduling system are embedded into the multi-agent system,and the container port collection and distribution scheduling results are output through the rule execution engine matched with the agent and the business output simulation interface.
