摘 要:目的:分析公立医院薪酬制度改革存在的障碍与难点问题,提出相应的建议。方法:对公立医院薪酬制度改革的相关政策文件陈述性信息进行Q分类,形成6个维度的改革内容;以公立医院工作人员为调查对象,调查其对薪酬制度改革6个维度政策的认同度及工作满意度。结果:公立医院工作人员对薪酬制度改革的总体认同度较高,不同岗位人员认同度的侧重点不同;工作满意度与改革认同度呈正相关性(P<0.05)。结论:公立医院薪酬制度改革应综合考虑公平公正、收支平衡、提升医疗服务质量、经济效益与社会效益最大化等因素,让员工实现自身价值的同时,促进医院健康稳定发展。Objective To analyze the obstacles and difficulties in the reform of salary system in public hospitals and put forward corresponding suggestions.Methods The declarative information of the relevant policy documents of salary system reform in public hospitals was classified into six dimensions of reform,and the staff of public hospitals were investigated.Their recognition and job satisfaction of the six dimensions of salary system reform were investigated.Results The overall recognition of salary system reform of public hospital staff was higher,and the emphasis of personnel identity was different among different positions and there was a positive correlation between job satisfaction and reform recognition(P<0.05).Conclusion The reform of the salary system in public hospitals should comprehensively consider such factors as fairness and justice,balance of payments,improvement of medical service quality,and maximization of economic and social benefits,so as to enable employees to realize their own value and promote the healthy and stable development of the hospital.
