摘  要:近年来人工智能(AI)技术发展迅速,应用范围涉及到农业、通信、商业、媒体等多个领域。由于临床医学中会产生大量数据,因此医疗领域会越来越多的应用到人工智能技术;基于人工智能的算法利用越来越多的医疗数据来改进疾病诊断、预后预测和指导药物研发工作。其中垂体腺瘤是神经外科的常见疾病,人工智能技术在这一领域具有广阔的应用前景。本文主要介绍了人工智能技术在垂体腺瘤的诊断、治疗、预后判断等方面的应用,并展望其在垂体腺瘤个体化及精准化诊治中的作用。In recent years,artificial intelligence(AI)technology has developed rapidly,and its application involves many fields such as agriculture,communication,commerce and media.Due to the large amount of data generated in clinical medicine,the medical field will be increasingly applied to artificial intelligence technology.Specifically,AI-based algorithms use more and more medical data to improve disease diagnosis,predict results and guide drug development.Pituitary adenoma is a common disease in China,and artificial intelligence technology has a broad application prospect in this field.This paper mainly describes the research achievements of artificial intelligence technology in the imaging diagnosis,treatment and prognosis judgment of pituitary adenoma,and looks forward to its role in promoting the individualized and accurate diagnosis and treatment of pituitary adenoma.
