摘  要:随着工业水平的发展,现代化交通工具的广泛应用以及环境问题,颅脑外伤和脑肿瘤的发生率正在逐步上升,这些颅脑疾病因其致残、病死率较高而被称为急危重病。对该类疾病的治疗药物研究一直是医药行业的棘手问题。由于许多药物不能够通过血-脑屏障或因通过量较少,因此达不到治疗疾病的作用。冰片是一种芳香开窍类中药,中医称之为“引佐药”,具有较强的脂溶性,易透过并开放血-脑屏障,可增加其他药物的透过率以达到更好的疗效。另外,冰片可通过改变体内神经递质的含量以调节血管,且具有一定的脑保护及潜在抑制肿瘤生长的作用,对颅内病变的药物治疗有着重要的理论意义及应用价值。With the development of the industrial level,the generation of modern means of transportation and the prominent environmental problems,the incidence of brain trauma and brain tumors is gradually increasing.These brain diseases are called critical because of their high disability and mortality disease.Research on the treatment of such diseases has always been a thorny issue in the pharmaceutical industry.Since many drugs cannot pass through the blood-brain barrier or not sufficient to control the disease,drugs that can be used to treat intracranial diseases are relatively limited.Borneol is a kind of aromaatic traditional Chinese medicine,which is called"adjuvant drug".It has strong liposoluble,easy to penetrate and open the blood-brain barrier,and can increase the permeability of other drugs to achieve bettertherapeutic efficacy.In addition,borneol can regulate the blood vessels by changing the content of neurotransmitters in the body,and has a certain degree of brain protection and potential inhibition of tumor growth.This has important theoretical significance and application value for the treatment of intracranial lesions.
