摘  要:粤港澳大湾区成为广东省大学毕业生就业地区首选且呈现逐年上升态势,相应地对高职毕业生也提出更高的要求,包括英语能力。但高职院校公共英语教学改革的成效还不明显。基于此,我们在问卷调查基础上,针对高职公共英语教学存在的问题,构建就业能力模型,探索基于就业能力提升的高职公共英语教学改革。改革重点是重视学生非智力因素、转变观念、革新方法和构建校企育人命运共同体等。The Guangdong-Hongkong-Macao Bay area has become the first choice for the employment of Guangdong Province university graduates and has been on the rise year by year, this also puts forward higher requirements for vocational college graduates, including English proficiency. However, the effect of Public English teaching reform in vocational colleges is not obvious. On the basis of questionnaire, this paper aims at the problems existing in Public English teaching in vocational colleges, constructs the employment ability model, and explores the reform of Public English teaching in vocational colleges based on the employment ability promotion. The emphasis of the reform is to attach importance to non-intelligence factors of students, to change ideas, to innovate methods, and to construct a community of destiny for educating people in colleges and enterprises.
