摘  要:新时代对于成熟企业的颠覆性创新工作提出了新的要求,创新资源的高效整合利用,需要卓越的领导能力作为推动和支撑。本研究构建颠覆性创新对领导能力要求的理论框架,通过对来自41家企业的311名领导者数据进行实证分析,测度成熟企业颠覆性创新领导能力。研究发现:除领导者识别颠覆性创新机会能力为"中高"以外,配置颠覆性创新资源、构建颠覆性创新流程、规避颠覆性创新"红线"、组建颠覆性创新团队和"常态化"颠覆性创新能力均比较低;综合而言,给予成熟企业领导能力与颠覆性创新要求匹配度为"中低"评级。最后,本研究从提升认知、授权赋能、科学考核等维度提出了成熟企业颠覆性创新领导能力的提升策略。The new era has put forward new requirements for the disruptive innovation of mature enterprises. The efficient and integrated utilization of innovation resources requires excellent leadership as the impetus and support. In this study, we construct a theoretical framework for the leadership requirements of disruptive innovation, analyze the data of 311 leaders from41 enterprises and measure disruptive innovation leadership ability. In addition to the "medium and high" rating of leadership ability of identifying disruptive innovation opportunities, other abilities are relatively low such as configuring disruptive innovation resources, building a disruptive innovation process, avoiding the "red line" of disruptive innovation, forming a disruptive innovation team and normalizing the disruptive innovation ability. In general, the leadership ability for disruptive innovation requirement in mature enterprises has a "medium and low" rating. Finally, this study gives management measures from promoting cognition, empowerment and evaluation.
