摘  要:速冻蔬菜具有新鲜、清洁、卫生等优点,后疫情时代发展速冻蔬菜对稳定蔬菜产业经济具有重要意义。通过总结分析速冻蔬菜优点、速冻蔬菜国内外消费情况、我国速冻蔬菜产业发展历史与现状、速冻蔬菜品种及产业发展短板,并对我国速冻蔬菜产业发展提出对策建议,以期为我国速冻蔬菜产业发展提供一定的参考依据。Quick-frozen vegetables are fresh, clean, sanitary as well as other good features, the development of quick-frozen vegetables in the post-epidemic era is of great significance to the economic stability of vegetable industry.We summarizes the advantages of quick-frozen vegetables, the consumption of quick-frozen vegetables at home and abroad, the development history and present situation of China’s quick-frozen vegetable industry, the varieties of quick-frozen vegetables and the weekness of industry development, the development countermeasures of quick-frozen vegetable industry in China are put forward in order to provide some reference for the development of quick-frozen vegetable industry in China.
