摘　　要：原发性下腔静脉平滑肌肉瘤(PIVCLMS)为罕见的软组织肉瘤,其起病隐匿,临床表现为不典型且无特异性的影像学表现。PIVCLMS诊断相对困难,误诊率较高,缺乏规范的诊疗手段及方法,患者预后较差。本文综合国内外近几年PIVCLMS的相关文献,对PIVCLMS相关研究进行综述,以期提高临床对该病认识,并进行早期诊断和治疗,改善患者预后。primary leiomyosarcoma of the inferior vena cava(PIVCLMS)is a rare soft tissue sarcoma with insidient onset and atypical along with nonspecific imaging findings.The diagnosis of PIVCLMS is relatively difficult,the misdiagnosis rate is high,lacking standard diagnosis and treatment means and methods,and the prognosis of patients with this disease is poor.In this paper,based on the literature related to PIVCLMS at home and abroad in recent years,the relevant researches on PIVCLMS were reviewed in order to improve the clinical understanding of PIVCLMS,carry out early diagnosis and treatment,and improve the prognosis of patients.
