流行舞蹈引入遵义师范学院大学公共体育健美操教学的研究

摘　　要：文章对遵义师范学院公共体育健美操选项课程的教学现状展开调查与分析,提出在遵义师范学院公共体育健美操教学中引入流行舞蹈教学内容的必要性。主要是基于以下两点考虑:一是遵义师范学院现行的公共体育健美操教学内容较为陈旧,教学方法比较单一,教师知识结构不够合理;二是传统大众锻炼教学内容无法满足选择这一项目学生对时尚、个性的追求,甚至让学生对健美操这一具有时尚性的运动项目产生“误解”。After investigating the present teaching situation about aerobics options of public sports in ZunYi Normal university, the authorof this paper thinks it necessary to introduce popular dance into the aerobics teaching of the public sports in Zunyi Normal University,and it is mainly based on the following two points: the first point is that the current teaching content of aerobics is old-fashioned, the teachingmethod is monotonous and the teachers’knowledge is out of date;and the second is that the past stereotyped standard about theaerobics teaching fails to meet the students’pursuit of fashion and personality of aerobics, and even render students of this kind to havea misunderstanding of the aerobics, a kind of fashionable event.
