摘　　要：在当今高速的社会发展中,如果仅延续前人或他人的既往经验和行为方式,或刻板地画地为牢,固守某些稳定的模式而不敢越雷池一步,那就必将成为时代发展的落伍者。要想与时代发展同步或者能更进一步做到引领社会进步,就需要创新。创新创业需要以奋力争先、不断开拓和勇于改革为新动力,克服某些消极因素的影响,营造积极的社会氛围。创新创业的成功,既要增强勇于担当的责任意识,又需要具有成就事业的激情和实现理想的梦想,还要找到营造创新创业积极氛围的有效办法。In today’s rapid social development, if only the previous experience and behavior of predecessors or others, or rigidly draw the ground, stick to some stable models and dare not to take a step further, it will become the development of The Times.In order to keep pace with the development of The Times, or to further lead social progress, innovation is needed.Innovation and entrepreneurship need to take the first, continuous development and reform as the new driving force, overcome the influence of certain negative factors, and create a positive social atmosphere.The success of innovation and entrepreneurship should not only enhance the sense of responsibility, but also have the passion to achieve the career and realize the ideal dreams, but also find effective ways to create a positive atmosphere for innovation and entrepreneurship.
