摘　　要：市场经济的飞速发展和知识经济时代的到来极大地加剧了企业之间的竞争,人才作为企业核心竞争力的重要组成部分受到高度重视,人才竞争成为影响企业间竞争的重要因素。而在人才培养方面,为了适应市场经济需求,需要强化电大教育人才培养工作,为企业人才提供继续教育的渠道,从而促进企业人力资源水平和人才核心竞争力得到逐步优化。基于适应市场经济背景的需要,对电大教育管理体制的创新进行探究,以期促进电大教育能把握市场经济背景下人才培养需求的变化,为企业人才培养工作的开展搭建良好的教育平台,挖掘人力资源优势,彰显企业的核心竞争力。the rapid development of market economy and the arrival of the era of knowledge economy have greatly intensified the competition between enterprises.Talents,as an important part of the core competitiveness of enterprises,are highly valued,and talent competition has become an important factor affecting the competition among enterprises.In terms of personnel training,in order to meet the needs of the market economy,it is necessary to strengthen the training of TVU education personnel and provide continuing education channels for enterprise talents,so as to promote the gradual optimization of enterprise human resource level and talent core competitiveness.Based on the needs of adapting to the background of market economy,this paper explores the innovation of TVU education management system,hoping that TVU education can grasp the changes of talent training demand under the background of market economy,build a good education platform for the development of enterprise talent training,tap the advantages of human resources,and highlight the core competitiveness of enterprises.
