农民技能与职业培训一体化的研究与探索——以天津市为例

摘　　要：在实施乡村振兴战略背景下,农民技能与职业培训在加快发展乡村经济、振兴农村经济中发挥着重要作用。各地利用远程开放教育的优势,结合农民技能与职业培训的特点,积极推广“产学研”一体化的乡村教育模式,让农民掌握一技之长,因地制宜地创新发展具有本地特色的农业产业,是构建新型农民终身学习体系的必由之路。Under the background of implementing the Rural Revitalization Strategy,farmers’skills and vocational training play an important role in accelerating the development of rural economy and revitalizing rural economy.The only way to build a new farmers’lifelong learning system is to make good use of the advantages of local distance open education,actively promote the rural education mode of“industry-university-research”integration combined with the characteristics of farmers’skills and vocational training,equip rural employees with professional skills and innovate and develop the agricultural industry with local characteristics according to local conditions.
