摘 要:西安200 MeV质子应用装置(XiPAF)是为满足宇航用核心电子器件的空间单粒子效应研究与考核评估而建立的专用辐射模拟实验装置。该装置采用7 MeV直线加速器作为注入器,200 MeV同步加速器作为主加速器的技术路线。XiPAF引出能量在10~200 MeV之间连续可调,每周期环中累积的粒子数大于1×10^(11),是我国当前已建成的能量最高的辐射模拟专用的质子实验装置,可极大缓解我国单粒子效应实验机时严重不足的局面,在宇航用核心电子器件的空间单粒子效应研究和考核评估方面发挥重要作用,为我国抗辐射加固技术研究及核心器件的自主可控发展提供重要技术支撑。同时,该装置还可用于开展辐射测量与诊断技术、核数据获取、材料辐射效应及生物辐射效应等方面的研究工作,是一个多学科的辐射物理应用与研究平台。To meet the requirements of space single event effect research and assessment of aerospace electronic devices,Xi’an 200 MeV Proton Application Facility(XiPAF)was established.XiPAF adopts the technology route of synchrotron with linear accelerator as injector.The device uses a 7 MeV linear accelerator(linac)as an injector and a 200 MeV synchrotron as a main accelerator.The extracted beam energy can be varied from 10 to 200 MeV continuously.The number of accumulated particles in the ring is higher than 1×10^(11) per cycle.The 7 MeV linac consists of a negative hydrogen ion source,a low energy beam transport(LEBT),a radio frequency quadrupole(RFQ),a drift tube linac(DTL),and a RF power source.The total length of the linac is about 7 m.The synchrotron adopts a six-fold symmetrical magnetic focusing structure with a circumference of about 30 m,which is composed of 6 dipole magnets,12 quadrupole magnets,4 sextupole magnets,a set of high frequency accelerating cavities,and a set of injection and extraction systems.The device is the highest energy proton experimental device for radiation simulation in China,which can greatly alleviate the serious shortage of single event effect experimental machines in China,and play an important role in the research and assessment of space single event effect of electronic devices for aerospace,It provides important technical support for the research of radiation hardened technology and the independent and controllable development of electronic devices in China.At the same time,the device can also be used to carry out radiation measurement and diagnosis technology,nuclear data acquisition,material radiation effect,biological radiation effect,and other aspects of research work.It is a multi-disciplinary radiation physics application and research platform.
