摘　　要：“双师型”教师团队建设是“双高计划”实施过程中最基础、最重要的环节。现阶段“双高”院校急需建设完善适合我国国情的“双师型”教师团队。分析新时代“双高计划”背景下“双师型”教师团队建设的特点、意义以及面临的问题,提出4项推进措施,旨在促进“双高”院校构建适应“双高计划”的新型校企专兼结合的“双师型”教师团队,创新师资团队建设机制,形成高职教育与企业培养共同发展的运行模式。“Double-qualified”teacher team construction has been listed as one of the most fundamental and important links of“high-level higher vocational college”construction.At present,we need to build and improve a“double qualification”teacher team suitable for our national conditions.This paper analyzes the characteristics,significance and problems of“double-qualified”teacher team construction under the background of“high-level higher vocational colleges”in the new era,and puts forward four promotion measures,aiming to build a new type of“double-qualified”teacher team which adapts to the“high-level higher vocational colleges”,and form a new type of“double qualified”teacher team that combines school-enterprise and professional education,innovates the teacher team building mechanism and forms an operating mode for the common development of higher vocational education and enterprise training.
