摘　　要：从我国高校后勤工作现状出发,指出影响社会化改革中存在的问题以及影响因素,提出不断创新完善高校后勤管理体制与运行机制,创建后勤特色文化,坚持市场化与公益性相结合,改进后勤管理激励机制,注重后勤队伍建设等措施。Starting from the present situation of the college logistics work in our country,the paper points out the problems and influencing factors in the socialization reform and then proposes to continuously innovate and improve the model of logistics management system and operation mechanism,create a culture of logistics characteristics,adhere to the combination of marketization and public welfare,improve the incentive mechanism and focus on the construction of logistics team.
