广西中越边境跨境民族国家认同建构研究

摘　　要：边境地区作为国家边疆治理和发展的战略前沿地带,在现代国家建设中占据重要地位,推动和强化跨境民族国家认同建构成为国家治理结构现代化转型的重要议题。广西中越边境跨境民族国家认同建构存在的主要问题是:边境经济社会发展不平衡,跨境民族有双重认同,边境安全治理薄弱。跨境民族国家认同建构必须以经济为根基,以文化为纽带,以安全为抓手。提高边境经济社会发展水平、加强跨境民族国家认同教育、强化边境安全治理是推进广西中越跨境民族国家认同建构的策略选择。As a strategic frontier zone for national frontier governance and development,border areas hold an important position in modern state-building,and promoting and strengthening national identity construction of cross-border ethnic groups has become an important issue in the modernization and transformation of national governance structure.The main problems in the national identity construction of cross-border ethnic groups along the China-Vietnam border in Guangxi are:economic and social development at the border areas is unbal⁃anced,cross-border ethnic groups have dual identities,and security and governance in the border region is weak.The national identity construction of cross-border ethnic groups must take economy as base,culture as lig⁃ament,and security as major task.To promote the national identity construction of cross-border ethnic groups on the China-Vietnam border in Guangxi,we should develop the strategy to improve economic and social devel⁃opment,strengthen national identity education of cross-border ethnic groups,and enhance border security&gov⁃ernance in the border areas.
