摘　　要：目的:研究早期进行颈部血管超声检查预防脑梗死的应用价值和意义。方法:2016年7月-2019年3月收治疑似脑梗死患者100例,对患者实施颈部血管超声检查,分析各项指标。结果:100例疑似脑梗死患者,确诊95例,轻度66例、中度20例、重度5例、完全闭塞2例,超声诊断诊断正确率为97.9%;颈部血管超声检查的灵敏度为97.9%,特异度为100.0%,漏诊率为2.1%,误诊率为0。结论:通过对脑梗死患者实施颈部血管超声检查,具有较好的诊断价值。Objective:To study the application value and significance of cervical vascular ultrasound examination for early prevention of cerebral infarction.Methods:From July 2016 to March 2019,100 patients with suspected cerebral infarction were selected,and the cervical vascular ultrasound was performed on the patients,and various indicators were analyzed.Results:Among 100 cases of suspected cerebral infarction patients,95 cases were diagnosed,66 cases were mild,20 cases were moderate,5 cases were severe,and 2 cases of complete vascular occlusion.The diagnostic accuracy rate of ultrasound diagnosis was 97.9%.The sensitivity of cervical vascular ultrasound examination was 97.9%,the specificity was 100.0%,the missed diagnosis rate was 2.1%,and the misdiagnosis rate was 0%.Conclusion:The ultrasound examination of cervical blood vessels in patients with cerebral infarction has better diagnostic value.
