口腔颌面骨折应用颌间固定螺钉固定治疗的效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察口腔颌面骨折应用颌间固定螺钉固定治疗的临床效果。方法80例口腔颌面骨折患者,依据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组患者实施传统手术治疗,观察组患者采用颌间固定螺钉固定治疗。比较两组患者治疗效果、手术时间、骨折愈合时间及咬合恢复情况。结果观察组患者手术时间为(35.22±3.50)min、骨折愈合时间为(1.04±0.24)个月,均短于对照组的(45.08±4.34)min、(3.24±0.34)个月,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗总有效率100.0%高于对照组的80.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组咬合优良率100.0%高于对照组的77.5%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论口腔颌面骨折应用颌间固定螺钉固定治疗效果显著,有助于缩短患者手术时间及骨折恢复时间,同时能有效调整患者咬合关系,值得推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of intermaxillary fixation screw in the operation of oral and maxillofacial fractures.Methods A total of 80 patients with oral and maxillofacial fractures were randomly divided into control group and observation group according to random numerical table,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional operation,and the observation group was treated with intermaxillary fixation screw.Patients in both groups were compared in terms of therapeutic effect,operation time,fracture healing time and occlusal recovery.Results The operation time(35.22±3.50)min and fracture healing time(1.04±0.24)months of the observation group were shorter than(45.08±4.34)min and(3.24±0.34)months of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment 100.0%in the observation group was higher than 80.0%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of occlusion 100.0%in the observation group was higher than 77.5%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Intermaxillary fixation screw has significant effect on the treatment of oral and maxillofacial fractures,and it helps shorten the operation time and fracture recovery time,and can adjust the occlusal relationship,which is worthy of promotion and application.
