阿莫西林联合甲硝唑治疗单纯性牙周炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨单纯性牙周炎应用阿莫西林联合甲硝唑治疗的临床疗效。方法406例单纯性牙周炎患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组203例。对照组实施局部疗法治疗,观察组在局部疗法基础上给予阿莫西林联合甲硝唑治疗。对比两组患者治疗效果及治疗前后牙龈指数、探诊深度、探诊出血指数。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率为97.54%,高于对照组的83.25%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者牙龈指数(0.86±0.57)、探诊深度(3.18±0.19)mm、探诊出血指数(12.21±2.69)%均明显低于治疗前的(2.44±0.54)、(6.47±0.53)mm、(73.17±14.63)%,且显著低于对照组的(1.62±0.66)、(4.32±0.57)mm、(18.62±6.31)%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对单纯性牙周炎患者应用阿莫西林联合甲硝唑治疗,其治疗效果显著,可明显缓解患者临床症状,值得临床推广。Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy of amoxicillin combined with metronidazole in the treatment of simple periodontitis.Methods A total of 406 patients with simple periodontitis were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 203 cases in each group.The control group was treated with local therapy,and the observation group was treated with amoxicillin and metronidazole on the basis of local therapy.Patients in both groups were compared in terms of therapeutic effect,gingival index,probing depth and probing bleeding index before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 97.54%,which was higher than 83.25%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the gingival index(0.86±0.57),probing depth(3.18±0.19)mm,and probing bleeding index(12.21±2.69)%of the observation group were significantly lower than(2.44±0.54),(6.47±0.53)mm,(73.17±14.63)%before treatment,and significantly lower than(1.62±0.66),(4.32±0.57)mm,(18.62±6.31)%of the control group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of amoxicillin and metronidazole has significant effect on patients with simple periodontitis,and it can obviously relieve the clinical symptoms of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
