摘　　要：高职学校的教师和普通大学的教师是有本质区别的,他们是培养实践型人才的主体,其自身实践能力的高低直接关系到培养职业院校学生实践能力成败。因此,为了从本质上提高职业院校专任教师的实践能力,采用脱产的方式深入企业一线,是最有效的途径之一。文章就高职专任教师脱产下厂实践的意义进行分析总结,为高职院校全面打造一支以“双师型”教师为主体的师资队伍提供参考。Higher vocational school teachers and ordinary university teachers are essentially different,they are the main body of cultivating practical talents,their own practical ability is directly related to the success or failure of cultivating students in vocational colleges.Therefore,in order to essentially improve the practical ability of full-time teachers in vocational colleges,it is one of the most effective ways to adopt the off-production way to go deep into the front line of enterprises.This paper analyzes and summarizes the significance of full-time teachers,and provides reference for vocational colleges to build a teacher with"double teacher"teachers as the main body.
