冠心病患者主要照顾者心肺复苏知识现状及其影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的调查冠心病患者主要照顾者心肺复苏知识现状并分析其影响因素。方法采用便利抽样法,选择2019年1—10月在某三级医院心内科住院的196例冠心病患者的主要照顾者为研究对象。用一般资料问卷和心肺复苏知识问卷对其进行调查。结果196名冠心病患者主要照顾者的心肺复苏知识及格率为18.37%,得分为(9.60±6.85)分。多重线性回归分析显示,冠心病患者主要照顾者的职业、与患者关系、是否遇到过患者心脏骤停紧急抢救、居住地、是否参加过心肺复苏培训是其心肺复苏知识的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论冠心病患者主要照顾者心肺复苏总体知识水平较低,照顾者职业、居住地、与患者关系、是否遇到过患者心脏骤停紧急抢救、是否参加过心肺复苏培训为照顾者心肺复苏知识水平的影响因素。Objective To investigate the knowledge status of cardiopulmonary resuscitation among the main caregivers of patients with coronary heart disease and analyze its influencing factors.Methods From January to October 2019,a total of 196 caregivers of patients with coronary heart disease who were hospitalized in the Cardiology Department of a ClassⅢhospital were selected as the research objects.The general demographic questionnaire and the Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Knowledge Questionnaire were used to get data.Results The pass rate of cardiopulmonary resuscitation knowledge of the main caregivers of patients with coronary heart disease was 18.37%,and the score was(9.60±6.85).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the occupation of the main caregivers,their relationship with patients,experience of rescue of patients with cardiac arrest,residence and participation in cardiopulmonary resuscitation training were the influencing factors of cardiopulmonary resuscitation knowledge of the main caregivers(P<0.05).Conclusions The general knowledge level of cardiopulmonary resuscitation among the main caregivers of patients with coronary heart disease is low.Caregivers'occupation,residence,relationship with patients,experience of rescue of patients with cardiac arrest,and participation in cardiopulmonary resuscitation training are the influencing factors of CPR knowledge level of caregivers.
