摘 要:通过本草文献综述,梳理了黑豆作为药材使用的历史简况;并结合药化分析试验比较了不同籽重黑豆的化学成分和生物活性,对其化学鉴别、质量评价方法提出了新的商榷建议。推荐临床以百粒重小于18 g的小黑豆入药,建议新版《中国药典》明确以矢车菊素葡萄糖苷为对照品鉴别其真伪;采用高效液相色谱法检测其含量,并以此作为黑豆质量评价标准。The brief history of black soybean(SOJAE SEMEN NIGRUM)as Traditional Chinese Medicine was reviewed based on literatures review.The chemical composition and biological activity were compared among black soybean seeds with different weight by chemical analysis methods.The new chemical identification and quality evaluation method for black soybean in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia were discussed.It is recommended that small black soybean(100-grain weight<18 g)is appropriately admitted in the new edition of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia.Soybean anthocyanins can be used as a reference substance to identify the black soybean seed,and high performance liquid chromatography method is used for quality evaluation standard of black soybean.
