血清CaM和CTRP3在急性脑梗死患者中表达意义的研究

摘　　要：目的通过检测急性脑梗死(ACI)患者血清钙调蛋白(CaM)和C1q/肿瘤坏死因子相关蛋白3(CTRP3)的表达水平,探讨其与ACI疾病的相关性及诊断价值。方法选取郑州大学第二附属医院神经内科2020-01—2021-01收治的ACI患者56例为观察组,另选取同期于体检患者50例为对照组,检测血清CaM和CTRP3的表达水平并分析其对ACI的诊断价值。结果观察组血清中CaM水平高于对照组,CTRP3水平低于对照组,且观察组患者血清CaM水平与NIHSS评分呈正相关,血清CTRP3水平与NIHSS评分呈负相关。CaM对急性脑梗死诊断的敏感性为67.24%,特异性为96%;CTRP3对急性脑梗死诊断的敏感性为89.66%,特异性为58%。结论血清CaM和CTRP3水平与ACI密切相关,对ACI的诊断价值较高,可能是诊断ACI的潜在生物标志物。Objective:To explore the correlation and diagnostic value of calmodulin(CaM) and C1 q/tumor necrosis factor-related protein 3(CTRP3) in patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI) by detecting the expression of Cam and CTRP3 in serum of patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI).Methods:Fifty-six patients with ACI treated in the Department of Neurology of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the observation group,and 50 patients who underwent physical examination in our hospital in the same period were selected as the control group. The expression levels of CaM and CTRP3 in serum were detected and their diagnostic value in ACI was analyzed.Results:The level of serum CaM in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the level of CTRP3 in the observation group was lower than that in the control group. The level of serum CaM in the observation group was positively correlated with the score of NIHSS,and the level of serum CTRP3 was negatively correlated with the score of NIHSS. The sensitivity and specificity of CaM in the diagnosis of acute cerebral infarction were 67.24% and 96%,respectively. The sensitivity and specificity of CTRP3 in the diagnosis of acute cerebral infarction were 89.66% and 58%,respectively.Conclusion:The levels of serum CaM and CTRP3 are closely related to ACI disease and have high diagnostic value for ACI,which may be the potential biomarkers for the diagnosis of ACI.
