摘 要:教师专业发展的层次和水平可以用教师专业发展态理论进行表征。中学物理教师的教师专业发展可以表征为学科发展态、学科教学发展态和教育发展态3种状态。教师发表的教研论文质量可以直观体现教师的专业发展水平。基于2010~2019年中国知网发表的文献,同江苏省中学物理教师发表的教研论文数据进行了对比,利用CiteSpace软件进行可视化处理,分析了山东省中学物理教师近10年来发表的教研论文情况和山东省中学物理教师的专业发展水平,给出了提升物理教师专业发展水平的建议。The level of teachers′professional development can be characterized by the theory of teacher professional development status.Professional development of middle school physics teachers can be characterized by three states:disciplinary development state,subject teaching development state,and educational development state.The quality of teaching and research papers published by teachers can directly reflect the professional development level of teachers.Based on the literature published by CNKI from 2010 to 2019,the data of teaching and research papers published by physics teachers in middle schools in Shandong Province and physics teachers in middle schools in Jiangsu Province were compared.We used CiteSpace software to visualize the data,analyzed the teaching and research papers published by middle school physics teachers in Shandong Province in the past ten years and the professional development level of middle school physics teachers in Shandong Province,and gave suggestions to improve the professional development level of physics teachers.
