摘　　要：网电源变压器是医用电气设备的主要器件,也是医用电气设备电气安全检测中非常关键的项目,其是否合规直接影响到医用电气设备的安全有效。该文结合实验室日常检测经验并且以GB 9706.1-2007《医用电气设备第1部分:安全通用要求》中条款57.9为依据,对网电源变压器主要检测项目[过热(短路、过载)、电介质强度、结构]的试验要求、检测方法进行了梳理和论述,然后针对过热项目不合格情况进行分析并提出整改意见,以期为医用电气设备检测工程师及相关产品研发人员提供参考。Grid power transformer is the main component of medical electrical equipment,and meanwhile it is a key item in the electrical safety testing of medical equipment.The compliance of grid power transformers directly affects the safety and effectiveness of medical electrical equipment.Combined with the daily testing experience of the laboratory and based on Clause 57.9 of GB 9706.1-2007 Medical electrical equipment-Part 1:General Requirements for Safety,this paper discussed the test requirements and methods of the main testing items[including overheating(short circuit,overload),electrolyte strength,structure]of grid power transformers.Then the unqualified status of overheating was analyzed and the rectification opinions were put forward further,aiming at providing references for medical equipment testing engineers and related product development personnel.
