摘　　要：目的探讨清单式多媒体视频健康教育在急性缺血性卒中患者中的应用效果。方法选取2017年6月至2018年7月医院收治的急性缺血性卒中患者1454例患者作为研究对象,将2017年6—12月的666例患者作为对照组,给予常规健康教育;将2018年1—7月的788例患者作为观察组,给予清单式多媒体视频健康教育;比较两组疾病知识知晓程度、满意度、平均住院时间、平均住院费用及住院期间并发症(褥疮、肺部感染和尿路感染)发生率。结果观察组疾病知识知晓程度、满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组平均住院时间、平均住院费用、住院期间并发症发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论清单式多媒体视频健康教育能提高急性缺血性卒中患者的疾病知识知晓程度和满意度,减少并发症的发生,降低平均住院时间和平均住院费用,提升患者的生命质量和自我健康管理能力。Objective The application effects of checklist multimedia video health education in patients with acute ischemic stroke were explored.Methods 1454 acute ischemic stroke patients admitted to the hospital from June 2017 to July 2018 were selected as the research objects.666 cases of them received from June to December in 2017 were defined as the control group and treated with regular health education,while the other 788 cases received from January to July in 2018 were defined as the observation group and treated with checklist multimedia video health education.Then the awareness of acute ischemic stroke disease knowledge,patients'satisfaction,the average length of stay,the average hospital expenses and the incidence of complications(such as pressure sores,lung infections and urinary tract infections)during hospitalization were compared between the two groups.Results The awareness of acute ischemic stroke disease knowledge and patients'satisfaction of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);The average length of stay,the average hospital expenses and the incidence of complications were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Multimedia video health education can improve patients'awareness of acute ischemic stroke disease knowledge and patients'satisfaction,reduce the occurrence of various complications,decrease the average hospital stay and hospital expenses and improve patients'quality of life and self-health management ability.
