摘　　要：习近平总书记指出:“办好思想政治理论课关键在教师。”高校思政课教师只有学会对待工作的做人之道,掌握有关教学对象、教学内容、教学设计、教学治理、过程评价、教学进步的教学之道,认识教学与科研关系的科研之道,才能真正把思政课教好。General Secretary Xi Jinping has pointed out:“Teachers are the key to the success of ideological and political theory courses.”Only if the ideological and political theory teachers in higher colleges learn the way to be a man at work,master the teaching way related to teaching object,teaching content,teaching design,teaching management,teaching assess,teaching reform and teaching progress,and understand the way of scientific research such as the relationship between teaching and scientific research,can they teach this course well.
