摘　　要：鲜卑是我国古代东胡族系的重要成员,不仅创建了中国历史上第一个少数民族统一政权——北朝(北魏、北周、北齐)政权,还有效地促进了民族间的交流与融合,为隋唐盛世打下了良好的基础。本文从物质文化资源、精神文化资源两个层面,对鲜卑历史文化资源进行深入、细致的分析,包括生产方式、建筑、社会习俗、宗教、思想等层面的内容,重点探讨鲜卑历史文化的价值及其对后世的影响。Xianbei is an important member of the Donghu ethnic group in ancient China.It not only created the first ethnic minority unified regime in Chinese history-the Northern Dynasty(Northern Wei,Northern Zhou,Northern Qi)regime,but also effectively promoted the exchange and integration of ethnic groups.It has laid a good foundation for Sui and Tang Dynasties.This article analyzes Xianbei's historical and cultural resources in depth and in detail from two levels of material and cultural resources,including production methods,architecture,social customs,religion,and ideology.It focuses on the value of Xianbei's history and culture and its influence on later generations.
