主体-内容-工具维度下高校学生感恩精神的培育研究

摘　　要：感恩精神品质作为大学生精神品质系统的重要组成部分,已成为高校立德树人的一大核心课题。感恩精神培育作为一项系统工程,与系统论视角下的主体—内容—工具分析框架契合。以主体—内容—工具维度的研究框架剖析当下高校学生感恩精神的培育现状,发现存在着主体性、内容性和工具性等三大困境,影响感恩精神培育的可持续运行。鉴于此,新时代高校应坚持大思政视野,以主体—内容—工具的整体性思路重构学生感恩精神培育的主体系统、内容系统和工具系统,以此提升培育时代新人高质量运行和立德树人高质量完成。As an important part of College Students'spiritual quality system,Thanksgiving spiritual quality has become a core topic of building morality and cultivating people in Colleges and universities.As a systematic project,the cultivation of Thanksgiving spirit is consistent with the subject content tool analysis framework from the perspective of system theory.Based on the research framework of subject content tool dimension,this paper analyzes the current situation of the cultivation of gratitude spirit of college students,and finds that there are three dilemmas:subjectivity,content and tool,which affect the sustainable operation of the cultivation of gratitude spirit.Colleges and universities in the new era should adhere to the great ideological and political vision and reconstruct the main system,content system and tool system of cultivating students'gratitude spirit with the overall idea of subject content tool,so as to improve the high-quality operation of cultivating new people in the new era and the high-quality completion of Building Morality and cultivating people.
