摘  要:针对某风电机组齿轮箱高速轴出现的断齿现象,对样品进行了宏观检查、化学成分分析、室温拉伸和冲击试验、基体硬度试验、渗碳硬化层深度测试、金相分析、断口形貌分析及能谱分析。试验分析结果表明:高速轴样品的齿面存在载荷不均现象,淬硬层深度不符合相关技术要求的规定,基体的室温冲击吸收能量处于较低水平;样品存在齿面剥落和端齿折断2类损伤现象,其失效模式为疲劳开裂,产生原因与其运行中齿面载荷不均及齿面淬硬层深度不够有关。In view of the tooth breaking phenomenon in high-speed shaft of a wind turbine gearbox of a wind turbine unit,the macroscopic examination,chemical composition analysis,tensile test at room temperature,impact test at room temperature,matrix hardness test,carburizing hardening layer depth test,metallographic analysis,fracture morphology analysis and energy spectrum analysis of the sample were carried out.The results show that,the uneven load existed on the tooth surface of the high speed shaft sample,the depth of the hardened layer did not conform to the requirement of the material sheet,and the shock absorption energy of the substrate at room temperature was at a low level.There were two kinds of damages,namely tooth surface damage and end tooth fracture.The failure mode is fatigue cracking,which is related to the uneven load on the tooth surface and the insufficient depth of hardened layer.
