河南省部分屠宰场生猪肉孢子虫感染情况调查

摘　　要：为了解河南省屠宰场生猪肉孢子虫病流行情况,于2018年6月—2019年10月,采用猪源肉孢子虫双重套式PCR检测试剂盒对采自河南省11个地区62个屠宰场的2038份样品进行肉孢子虫的检测分析。结果显示:肉孢子虫阳性屠宰场37个,场阳性率59.7%,阳性样品599份,样品平均阳性率为29.4%;规模场(存栏500头以上)阳性率为27.7%,散养户(存栏500头以下)阳性率为32.3%,且二者差异显著(P<0.05);阳性样品均为米氏肉孢子虫,未检测到猪人肉孢子虫;不同季节肉孢子虫阳性率差异不显著,春季最高、为33.8%,冬季最低,为26.1%。本研究结果为猪肉孢子虫病防控了提供重要参考依据。In order to understand the epidemic situation of Sarcocystis infection in pork from slaughterhouses of Henan Province,2038 samples from 62 slaughterhouses in 11 regions of Henan Province were collected from June 2018 to October 2019,and the samples detected and analyzed using the duplex nested PCR detection kit for porcine-borne Sarcocystis.The results showed that there were 37 slaughterhouses with a positive rate of 59.7%,and 599 samples had an average positive rate of 29.4%;that the positive rate was 27.7% in large-scale farms and 32.3% at free range households,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).S.miescheriana was seen in all of positive samples,while S.suihominis was not detected in this investigation.The positive rate of Sarcocystis was the highest in spring(33.8%)and the lowest in winter(26.1%).These results provided an important reference for the prevention and control of Sporidiosis in pork.
