摘　　要：通过介绍北京大学陈耀松教授创办《水动力学研究与进展》《非线性科学与数值模拟通讯》及《实用计算流体力学》的经过,总结其办刊经验:办刊要符合科技发展方向和市场需要,才能借到东风、顺势起飞;办刊要注重团队建设、整合资源,才能让刊物有大发展;办刊需要付出持续而巨大的努力,唯有知难不退、顶住压力,才能成功。This paper introduces the history of founding of Journal of Hydrodynamics, Communications in Nonlinear Science and Numerical, Engineering Applications of Computational Fluid Mechanics by Professor Chen Yaosong of Peking University. The main points can summarized as follows. The journal should be in line with the direction of the scientific and technological development and the market needs in order to take full advantage of the effects of the development of science and technology, and the market. The journal should focus on the team building and the integration of resources in order to let the journal develop rapidly. The journal needs to make continuous and great efforts, and the only way to succeed is to know the difficulties and resist the pressure.
